Doctor Who is © the BBC All images on this site are © the BBC (apart from fanart and the plots/original characters of the fanfiction - that belongs to the respective artists/ authors). It then gets a bit more complicated when you start to include stuff like the Daleks whose copyright I think is owned by Terry Nation's estate.

Suffice to say - (however much we want it to be otherwise) - we don't own anything, we just do it out of love for a 900-odd year old alien who bums around time and space in a police box.
